Refund Policy

Booking and Payment

Thank you for choosing Stu.dio98 to capture your special moments. We’re dedicated to delivering high-quality photography that tells your unique story, whether it’s a milestone event or a simple, beautiful moment in time. To provide the best possible service, we ask that you review our booking and payment policy. This ensures that both parties are aligned on the process and expectations, allowing us to focus on what matters most—creating stunning imagery for you. We value transparency and want you to feel confident throughout your experience with us, from your initial booking to the delivery of your final images. Booking Requirements:

  • All sessions must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance to allow for proper scheduling and preparation.

  • We provide urgent services for an added fee. Please let us know if you need us sooner and we will work with you the best way we can.

 

Payment Schedule:

  • A 1/3 deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.

  • The second 1/3 payment is due immediately after the session.

  • The final 1/3 payment is due upon delivery of the completed work.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled session will receive a 100% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session will receive a 50% refund.
